Torva

Lock text and brand consistency frame to frame on a fully AI-generated hero film. The launch had to look production-grade with zero AI-tells in the typography or product geometry.

The brief

Torva needed a hero film for brand launch, generated end-to-end through an AI pipeline. The challenge: text consistency. AI video models drift on typography frame to frame. For a brand launch, the wordmark and product callouts had to lock to the same shape on every frame, or the launch would read as a tech demo instead of a brand statement.

Approach

VFX finishing pass on a Kling 3 and Nano Banana 2 hero film. Nuke cleanup to lock text, brand, and product geometry frame to frame. Worked downstream of the director and DOP, taking the AI-generated edit and finishing it to launch-grade. The brand wordmark was tracked, replaced where it drifted, and held visually consistent across every shot.

Outcome

Brand launch shipped with organic-awareness lift on a fully AI-augmented production. Hero film went out clean, no visible AI-tells in typography or product. VFX role: invisible, which is the win condition for finishing.
